RETURN POLICY

We believe in our product quality. These are manufactured for special purpose to help the environment. This way our products are special and incomparable with other products.
However if you are not fully satisfied  with our products, we offer free returns. You can book a return within 10 days from the date of delivery.


* Items which are purchased on sale, offer code OR on special discount will be eligible for credit in account on portal.

CONDITION

All products which are booked for return, has to be in undamaged, unused, unworn (for cloth products), unwashed, unaltered, unchanged condition. The product must have original tag attached to it and not removed. In case of special packaging, it must be there and packaging not thrown. In case of product not meeting above condition criteria no refund or credit will be given.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once above condition is fulfilled and return booking is confirmed, we will process refund within 30 business days from the return booking confirmation. 

REFUND METHOD

We will only process refund in 2 ways.

1) Normal purchases - we shall refund in original account which was used to purchase electronically. In case COD (Cash on Delivery), customer will have to provide bank account to process the refund.

2) Sale, Under Offer OR Discounted products - we shall refund in credit on portal account. This will be available for 3 months to consume. If not consumed, it will get lapsed.

We shall only refund product amount. No refund on shipping will be done.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Customer will have to book a refund by sending an email to protecttheplanet@recycle.green from registered email ID of customer account. We may not accept any email sent from any other email ID for refunds.

We shall send a link for Return Initiation form with a survey. Customer will have to fill up the online form and submit electronically.
